4. Payments & Refunds
-
Payments: All services must be paid for via the methods available on Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Net banking. -
Refunds: While we do not offer monetary refunds, store credit will be issued for session cancellations. This credit may be applied toward future sessions or print products.
-
Ownership: Full usage rights to the images (as defined in your specific package) only pass to you once full payment for the rights is received.
5. Delivery & Digital Files
Our digital galleries and physical prints are delivered via our email - sukanyasivakumar.work@gmail.com. Risk of loss for physical prints passes to you upon delivery.
6. Quality & Artistic Style

7. Complaints & Damages
-
Damaged Prints: If physical products arrive damaged, notify us within 24 hours.
-
Substantiation: Any requested proof (photos of damaged packaging, etc.) must be sent within 72 hours of the report.
-

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect losses (e.g., missed opportunities or travel costs) related to a session. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
9. Copyright & Intellectual Property of Creative Assets
-
Ownership: Sukanya Sivakumar retains full copyright to all work produced, including all images, written content, and unique creative expressions found on this site or created during your session. This ownership - covering both visual and literary works - is automatic from the moment of creation and stays with the artist as part of their permanent creative body of work.
-
Licensing: Your payment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final edited images for personal purposes. No license is granted to reproduce or adapt my written journey, proprietary methods, or personal narratives for any commercial or professional use.
-
Prohibited Uses: You may not sell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our images or written words. Use of our specific phrasing, professional bios, or creative text for your own branding or commercial gain is strictly prohibited without express written consent.
-
Alterations: To preserve our artistic and professional reputation, neither the images nor the written content may be altered, filtered, or spun into new versions by you or any third party.
10. RAW Unedited Files Policy
-
Final Product Only: We provide only final, high-resolution edited images (typically in JPEG format). RAW files — the unprocessed data from the camera sensor — are considered an unfinished product and are not included in any standard package.
-
Artistic Integrity: Professional editing is an integral part of the artistic service you are hiring us for. Providing RAW files would skip this essential creative process and bypass our signature style.
-
Technical Constraints: RAW files require specialized software and hardware to open and process; most consumer-grade devices cannot properly display them.
-
Exceptions: RAW files are only delivered if pre-arranged in a specific commercial contract and may be subject to an additional premium fee.
-
Selection Process: We retain sole discretion over which images from a session are culled and which are edited for the final gallery. We do not provide "outtakes" or unedited previews. However, in good conscience, we do allow you to choose the final photographs for editing from a curated proofing gallery, as we want to ensure you are truly happy with the images you receive.
11. Rescheduling of Sessions
While bookings are generally firm, we understand that life happens. Rescheduling due to weather or health setbacks is considered on a case-by-case basis.
12. Artistic Boundaries & Holistic Scope
-
Artistic Intent: While our sessions invite deep presence through somatic and expressive movement, these are used solely as artistic tools to help you feel grounded in front of the lens. The Client acknowledges that Sukanya Sivakumar is an artist and guide, not a licensed medical professional, therapist, or coach. Our time together is a creative exploration and should never be viewed as a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice.
-
Personal Stewardship: Our collaborative session is a space for creative and spiritual exploration, intended to reflect your inner light through art. This experience is never intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the counsel of your physician or qualified health provider regarding any medical or psychological condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of an experience or conversation shared during our creative process. Your personal and spiritual evolution is your own. While we’ve seen clients experience profound shifts and a sense of inner freedom, we cannot guarantee specific financial gains, emotional breakthroughs, or business success. By booking a session and participating in our work together, you acknowledge that you are the primary steward of your own well-being and professional path.
-
The Ownership of Implementation: We can hold the light, but you are the one walking the path. By entering this agreement, you accept full responsibility for your life decisions and results, agreeing that our creative collaboration is a shared experience of possibility, not a guaranteed clinical or financial outcome.
