What should we wear for a session?

Accepted Answer

We aim to keep it refined and harmonious. 
So our usual picks are inclined more towards neutral and muted colors as they work best for portraits (whites, creams, beige or earthy tones - brown, mustard yellow, denim blue). Just steer clear of super busy prints so your lovely face remains the star of the show.

The golden rule above all else is you must wear anything that feels skinlike to you and that you are most comfortable in!

How long will it take to receive the final edited pictures?

Accepted Answer

We typically deliver within 1-2 weeks of the shoot via a private online gallery, allowing for a smooth and seamless gallery viewing and downloading experience.

All final pictures will be provided in high-quality JPEG and TIFF formats.

In or Out? Choose your experience.

We deliberately choose spaces that pulsate with your presence without pretense; nothing trumps the comfort of your own home.

Our clients consistently rave about in-home sessions because a home never makes you choose a version of yourself - it lets you house all of you, at your own pace.
Beyond the lens, think of our homestyle sessions as a table set for the soul: serving up hot, fresh conversations on life and luxury, seasoned with the simple joys of food and leisure.

However, an outdoor session has its own charm too. 
We are up for anything you are up for! It all comes down to your personal preference.

What outdoor locations do you recommend for photoshoots, and what makes these spots ideal?

We thoughtfully choose outdoor locations that attune with nature and anchor us in inner stillness. Less talking, more embodiment - you will feel it, and so will we.

When we step into these settings, we are doing more than scouting a location; we look for a space where we can just be ourselves and turn a fleeting second into something that sticks.
The usual go-to spaces for creating timeless and striking photographs include: 
 • serene botanical gardens for lush greenery and vibrant floral backdrops, 
 • historic urban districts offering textured architecture and cultural depth, 
 • and scenic waterfronts - beaches and lakes.

Any and every corner where the beautiful and magnificent sunshine pours life into, is ours!

Beyond mere documentation, these photographs serve as a 'record of your living' as they gently transform into 'love letters to the past' - a meaningful bridge between the visceral experience of the here and now and the quiet images that remain as our legacy.

Will you 'fix' my face with Photoshop?  What stays vs what goes?

Full disclosure: No way! 
Traditional photography practices and beauty standards have drilled into us so deeply that we feel the need to look 'perfect,' but we’re over that. While AI might advance the perfection game, we believe it’s consciousness that truly redefines us.

It is out of total good intentions for you that we let you know: we strive to give you a piece of you without editing out the parts that make you a human being. If you’re looking for a polished, airbrushed output that tucks in every curve or smooths every bit of extra skin, we won't do that. We’re here to celebrate your existence, not "thin" out your presence.

Will we have access to the RAW files?

Our editing process is a cornerstone of the magic we bring to your story. To maintain that unique aesthetic, we provide only the final and retouched high-resolution photos.

What is your policy on sharing photos online?

Accepted Answer

Your privacy is paramount to us and confidentiality is the sacrosanct core of our creative practice.

To ensure your journey remains a private experience, no images or recordings will be captured or shared without your express written permission prior to the shoot.

We intentionally choose to keep the vast majority of our work offline, sharing only a few cherry-picked moments to honour our philosophy: savouring the flavour of IRL without the distraction of a URL.
